rideonwayapp.com is a static marketing site — no accounts, no database, no checkout. Here is exactly what happens to your information here, and what never happens.
No storage on this site
This website has no server database and does not save form entries, browsing, or personal details. We do not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or tracking cookies to remember you. Close the tab and nothing about your visit is kept here.
Contact by email only
The launch-list form opens your own email app (mailto:) — it never uploads to a ROW server. You review the message before sending and can delete it. The same address is listed everywhere: support@rideonwayapp.com.
Payments never touch this site
No card numbers, bank logins, passwords, SSNs, or government IDs should ever be entered here — and there is nowhere to enter them. At launch, payments and driver payouts run only inside the ROW apps through Stripe; cards are handled by Stripe, not stored by this website.
Secure delivery
Served over HTTPS. This page sends a content-security policy that limits where scripts, styles, and images can load from, plus a strict referrer policy, and it never asks for camera, microphone, location, or payment access. External fonts load from Google Fonts only.
Privacy-compliant analytics only
If analytics are enabled, they are first-party, anonymized, and aggregate-only (pages viewed, no cross-site tracking, no ad pixels, no sale/sharing of personal information). We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control (GPC). You can block analytics in your browser without breaking the site.
Please don’t send sensitive data
Never email or submit passwords, full card numbers, bank credentials, SSNs, or scans of IDs to this site or the launch-list address. For account, safety, or privacy requests use privacy@rideonwayapp.com and we’ll direct you to a secure channel in the app.

Tell us who you are and we’ll email you at launch — rider download links, driver onboarding, or organizer portal access for the Bay Area launch.
